1996﹛Established our office and first Taiwan factory focusing on production of NiZn.

1997﹛Established our first China factory located in Shijie, Dong Guan, Guang Dong.

1997﹛Achieved RWTUV ISO 9001 certification.

2001﹛New product Anistropic magnets released. (government funding research project)

2001﹛Productions of MnZn ferrites started in our China factory.

2003﹛Proceeded new research project on Powdered Amorphous ferrites with government aided funding.

2003﹛Achieved observing membership of IEC standardization committee based on the invitation by Magnetics.

2003﹛Achieved Taiwan’s national “Innovative Business Award”.

2004﹛Bought over AVX – TPC Taiwan. The purchase includes lands, factory, equipment productions and technology under TPC brands. New TAK/TOC product lines established in reference to where it is now.

2004﹛Achieved Taiwan’s national “Top Business Leadership Award” and “Top Business Award”

2004﹛Proceeded new research project on Lithium Battery Cathode Powder with government aided funding , cooperated with ITRI ( Industry Technology Research Institute ).

2005﹛Established fist TAK/TPC China factory, second China ferrite factory of TAK group.

2006﹛Annouced the achievement of  successful mass production as the world's first LiNi_xCo_1-xO₂ maker. 

2007﹛Relocated out head office Hai - Hu factory.

2007﹛Established our LiNi_xCo_1-xO₂ mass production site in Hai - Hu.
