Ferrite made in-house, from formulation and powder to core
TAK is a maker of NiZn and MnZn soft ferrite cores. From the formulation of the oxide raw materials through powder preparation, pressing, sintering and grinding, every stage of ferrite making is done in-house — so we can answer our customers' electrical specifications from the material itself.
From 2026 the portfolio extends to iron-nickel (FeNi) alloy cores: the alloy material is sourced strategically, while TAK carries out product development and manufacturing, moving into applications with higher saturation flux density and higher current.
What we make
NiZn and MnZn soft ferrite materials and cores; toroids, E cores, PQ/RM, U cores, DR; dedicated SMD and VRM/TLVR cores; iron-nickel (FeNi) cores from 2026.
